It is a movie of “Naniwa Symbol Project at Tsutenkaku”, which was held on March 31, 2019 to deliver energy to everyone by lighting up symbols using human power generation.
We asked many people to ride bicycles at elementary schools and shopping areas in Osaka, at event venues, etc. and challenged to light up Tsutenkaku with the stored power.
All DJ equipment was driven by solar power.

As part of WWF (World Wildlife Fund) activities, on 30th March 2019 (Sat), the lights will be turned off sequentially from the area that has reached 20:30 local time. Participate in the project “EARTH HOUR 2019” where the unlit relay goes around the earth
While lighting down from 20:30 to “Tsutenkaku”, we will challenge lighting with human power generation!
【What is Team Edison.】
It was a “human power generation group with the theme of eco and entertainment” that was launched shortly after the 2011 East Japan Earthquake.
We use the electricity generated while enjoying on a human power generation bicycle to light up and hold events and other events so as not to forget the importance of energy and the memories of earthquake disasters.
On 9th April 2011, we lined up cherry blossom trees in Meguro River, lit up cherry blossoms on April 17 in Tsukiura Kameshiki Park, and succeeded in lighting up Tokyo Tower on August 23 the same year.
Spring Megurogawa Sakura Namiki Light Up is still ongoing, and we are focusing on power utilization events other than light up, such as taking pictures with the power generated at the Kitson night and a-nation events.
In Osaka, we challenged to light up the Shitennoji Five-storied Pagoda in July 2017.

2019年3月31日、人力発電使ってシンボルをライトアップすることで元気をお届けしようと開催された「なにわのシンボルプロジェクトat 通天閣」のムービーです。
大阪市内の小学校や商店街、イベント会場などで自転車を漕いでもらって蓄電された電力で通天閣のライトアップに挑戦しました。
DJ機材はすべて太陽光発電で駆動致しました。

2019年3月30日（土）、WWF（世界自然保護資基金）の活動の一環として、現地時間の20:30を迎えた地域から
順次消灯を行い、消灯リレーが地球をぐるりと1周するプロジェクト『EARTH HOUR 2019』に参加する
「通天閣」を20:30 からのライトダウンまでの間、人力発電での点灯に挑戦します！
【チームエジソンとは】
2011年の東日本大震災直後に発足した『エコ＆エンターテイメントをテーマにした人力発電集団』です。
エネルギーの大切さや震災の記憶を忘れないために、人力発電自転車で楽しみながら発電した電気を使い、ライトアップやイベントなどを実施しています。
2011年4月9日に目黒川で桜並木を、4月17日に土浦市亀城公園で桜をライトアップ、そして同年8月23日には東京タワーのライトアップに成功しました。
春の目黒川桜並木ライトアップは現在も続いており、Kitson night や a-nation のイベントにおいて発電した電力で写真撮影をするなど、ライトアップ以外にも電力活用のイベントを中心に活動しています。
大阪では、2017年7月に四天王寺五重塔のライトアップに挑戦しました。
